Mail8 wasn't up at the time, nagios online showed it down, and the XML feed showed it as up, i checked a couple of times over a period just to make sure it wasn't in between generation of the XML feed and they were definitely reporting a different status. Online was reporting mail8 down for over 5 hours at the time as well.

Brangwyn, could you please submit a TT and we will look into it asap. We're still working on the mail issue and making sure the box is stable now, but as soon as we get some time we will take a look into this xml feed.

Thanks Thiago, It's no biggie afaic others might find it more important I guess, when things quieten down a bit it might be worth just setting up a dummy machine in Nagios (say a PC in the office) and just taking a look at the feed to see if it's pulling the correct status fields.

FWIW, I wa monitoring the feed a couple of days ago against nagios online for unix2 and a couple of NT and colo outages over time. The feed appeared to be replicating the nagios online statuses.
Might just be a discrepenciy with the mailservers.

The backup system has been patched and as far as we can tell, has been working perfectly for over a week.

Had a couple of failures on NT's but resubmitting them seemed to work ok. Others ran without failure.

Very pleased with the new backups. Much easier than teaching customers to use webshell for this. It would be nice if you could schedule recurring backups. This is a great addition as it is though. Thanks Vortech for adding this tool.

I utilize custom images in my control panels. Didn't really like the "stock" icon for the utility because it didn't really match the rest of the xpressia lite theme so I developed my own. I thought I'd throw it out for others to use if you utilize the custom images option:

Nice work on the icon Cleonard. I use the old left hand menu and haven't seen what the old one looked like, but I'm sure your icon will get lots of use.

I've been using the Account Backups feature only for about an hour, and when it sends to my FTP server at home -- the tar.gz file is corrupt. Why can I not open them?
