need fulltime web developer in chicagoland area

Does anyone have any suggestions for where to find a full time employee? We are located west of chicago (about 35 miles) and i am really in need of a fulltime web designer/developer. I know the combo of designer/developer is not easy to come by, but this is really want i want.

it isn't an entry level position, but it isn't and art director position either. Also, any feedback on what i should pay for this person. Lookin' for some reality checks here.

Dice has alot of IT listings. Lot of people use them. Local papers would probably be cheaper tho.
