New NS
It seems ns2 does not have an IP assigned to it. We cannot add it to our server ring.

Well there is going to be no use.. Resellers only getting 2 name servers not 4.. So please don't submit any thing under there..
If you do its only going to be removed.. Psoft screwed up.. If we give resellers 2 new name servers then it would only put us back at the same point we are now.. As the problem is with the amount of IPs on the name servers.. So we would just multply our problem and not fix it.. So we are trying to get them to fix there coding now.. |

Wow, that does seem like an odd error, I thought you just meant they were overloaded, not that they "could not handle ANY more"

Does it also mean that we cannot add any new domains or that there will be problems?

Well we are trying to get there DEV to fix this now.. Here is the problem and see if you can understand why giving 2 more name servers just does not fix the problem..
If we have 512 OLD resellers with 2 IPs on ns and ns1 ok.. If they go and submit ns2 and ns3 well there just went 512 IPs on the 2 new servers and we are right back where we started.. Its not that ns and ns1 are really mess up now they should be some what ok now.. So that just makes our problem 2x as bad.. So we are trying to get them to recode some parts to only give out 2 DNS server total to resellers or we will just be back as we started.. ![]() |

Sounds logical, the system should automatically select the next NS when the current ones are full, just like we get new IPs.

Right.. There is no need for one reseller to have 4 name server.. 2 are more then good.. So we are waiting on them to fix this tomorrow and every thing should smooth back out..
