I've been seeing these resource figures everyday now since my whole nightmare began but couldnt be bothered complaining anymore. These issues must be affecting other customers not just me

damn.. and they haven't installed bigger hd yet?

damn ...as cheap as they are//what is it like a tera byte of HD for under $500.

CPU loads over 90%...how hard is it to kill some services? I am having some delay issues where web developers are telling my clients the servers respond to slow and are inconsistant. I hope they get this resolved soon.

15Krpm SCSI Drives aren't and this is what they used to run in all boxes, not sure if they've moved to SATA now or not but you still pay a premium for SCSI and their capacity is much smaller than your common desktop SATA drives.

Loads over 90% aren't unusual especially if this snapshot was taken whilst the backups were in full swing .. though high 60min and particularly 1440min average CPU are a bit of a worry.

OK, but still ..any HD over 80% is signing up for the "Oh Sh*t" factor no? I dont know if these are RAID but man they got some full hd's - and folks are having issues and the power failure probably the other night didn't help those lil fellers. VT does a good job, I like the product, I like the support and I love the community here.

OK I spent my 2 cents.

Depends on which drive really, system drive (C) at 80% I wouldn't worry much about personally .. looks like they're 36GB Drives which would to me indicate they're the SCSI's I mentioned earlier too .. 6GB free is more than enough for a server for use as temp file space etc

The data drives being higher obviously are a concern and they'll be upgraded at some stage no doubt.

Hey everybody, I'm gonna have to agree, NT44 is in desperate need of an upgrade. Whether or not I am suppose to be saying this is really besides the point. It causes an insane amount of annoyance for me and I'm sure it causes even a larger amount of annoyance for you all. I'll be bringing this up to our level 3 tech's tomorrow to see if we can't fix this machine and get it so it won't go down at 1 a.m. EST like it does everyday. As for 80% disk usage, that really isn't that big of a deal. Either way I'll be discussing this with our admin's tomorrow to see if we can get a fix for this.

customers not looking to good either

My customer that has the 3 websites on nt44 that have been going offline everyday for the last few weeks at 3 in the afternoon(AEST) isnt in such great shape either - problem is they're harder to replace.

Good luck Dan, I really appreciate your response to my tickets today

I must say however that all the support staff that have dealt with my endless tickets in regard to this matter have been nothing short of understanding, polite and professional
