Mail4 Issues?

I am having issues contacting the SMTP mail4 server, and didnt know if I needed to change my port to 2525 (I thought that was just for the higher number mail servers). I did this, and still no work. Just wanted to make sure before I sent in a help ticket, since I am sure support is getting swamped.

It is for the higher mail server but if you use 2525 on the lower systems smtp "should" also work better because it's only used for customers not all incoming mail so it leave a few more connections open for you to connect to.

I saw your ticket at least I think that was you since it was the only mail ticket now. Looks like you just miss spelled hsphere.cc in your DNS. Might have always been that way but DNS can show it's ugly head at any time. Hope thats all it was as we have had no other mail issues today so far.
