All done on the upgrade, NT20 was rebooted for the upgrade and wanted to run checkdisk, so it will come up as soon as it's done.
The basic upgrade is done, we have not added the new customer selctors as of yet. But the CP should be faster once ALL done, looks like psoft took our idea on the java clusters and ran with it, so it seems so far.

Site were affected but only for about 2 to 3 min in a reboot for the upgrade. Sorry about leaving that out of the email, I forgot about that thinking about all the CP stuff that had to go on to get our system upgraded with all our customer stuff.

Good job guys!
 The 3 or 4 hours of down time on the CP every now and then is nothing - my last provider took that long to answer a support ticket!!!
