Thanks brother, but that's not the problem.
Put in two tickets still got many site down.

Keep in mind too that the forum is the last place they look for anything to do with support. If you submit a ticket asking them to post an update on the forum, it's possible you might have more luck. Chances are they're pretty busy at the moment though.

Just wanted to update everyone, we have a few tickets in our que right now, so please don't send more than one, we are getting cought up as fast as we can and adding these DSN's as fast as we can.

All the ones we could from the H-Sphere database was added last night, that fixed about 85% to 90% of the sites on the server.

Also if you try to add an ODBC to that system its going to error out in H-Sphere, I renamed the files on the server that use to do this for H-Sphere so that no one could add ODBC's back to the system ODBC or CF ODBC so it does not mess with the file again. Once your site is back up and running this system should be very stable.

We will be reading though the log files to also find who is still getting errors or not once we get cought up and see if we can't fix the errors for them as well.

I have a site with no ODBC drivers at all, but the ODBC service is on. Hummm...

I just want to make this clear to everyone incase its now.

This is not something we are doing wrong, this happens to be an issue with ColdFusion and they are about Clue Less. Like I had said before I would like to stay with MX, but after being up till 3am re-enetering DSN's by hand and then it does the same thing, that gets a little old for some stupid bug in there software.

Is it possible that there is some kind of upper threshold on the sheer number of DSN's that Java/CF is able to handle?

Nope nothing with H-Sphere now, this is all CF now all added by hand.

MM did not say there was a limit on DSN's and I have never seen anything about a DSN limit. I tried to fix the file by hand again and I remove the both 5 and same thing does not work. So its something else. Grrr..
