I voted for 4
I like number one also but 2 and 3 are both to active for my tastes in a banner. Just to much going on and not enough time to read it all.
4 looks the most professional and to my mind the most like Matrix Reseller.

Well, it's a tough one, as all the banners have great elements. I prefer sites that don't blink and aggrevate me, so I like #1 & #4 for their asthetics. As far as the content goes, who the audience is and what market are you trying to get business from (i.e. "quality low cost plans", "best support" etc.)

Nice banners - everyone of them
I had to go with #2 - I always dig blinking lights thats why in our office I sit by the rack.. its like christmas all year long!!! Just wish there were more packet storms |
