Horde Link on cpanel webmail login

If you're not going to offer Horde anymore...could you please remove it from the login screen so that it doesn't bring up a dead link?

I had customers using Horde and now it's not available...which I understand, but it's just a mess having to explain why there's still a Horde graphic on the login screen. They think their e-mail is down.

Cpanel I think SB, I thought horde was still being used on Cpanel though? Just HSphere that changed to @mail, or did everything change in the end?

This is a screenshot of what I see when I login to mysite.com/webmail on any of my hosting accounts.

And yes, this is Cpanel hosting I'm talking about. The "Horde" graphic returns a dead link "Page not found"

I just logged into one of my mail accounts on cpanel using Horde and it worked fine. If you could submit a ticket and include your reseller username and the end user domain that would be great.

also, you know with Horde you must use the full address to login even though it defaults to a username only..

The Horde Link should be working. If you're using Internet Explorer, are you sure it's not because it's attempting to pass the login info through the URL? If that's the issue, I believe there's a downloadable "fix" for this issue at http://vortechsupport.com under "Downloads".

If that's not that case, please submit a trouble ticket so that we can take a look at it. Be sure to include your reseller username.
