urchin--tracking file downloads and directory exclusions
Hey...
I am in the process of getting a new client that has a directory or pdf files (safety documents) in the area of about 1,300... my client mentioned that urchin only catalogs/tracks the first 500 documents accessed in any given period... first, is this true in version 5? next, if so, is there a work-around. finally, is it possible to exclude directories/documents from being tracked? Any thoughts on the above would be greatly appreciated.

help.urchin.com says that feature is available per profile (see the link below) thru the admin interface which we don't have access to. Maybe a vortech admin can weigh in here whether you can send in a tt to have it set for you
