You have not enabled SMTP Authorisation.
Outlook Express: 1) Select 'Tools' -> 'Accounts' from the menu. 2) Highlight your account. 3) Click on the "Servers" tab. 4) Check the box that says "My Server Requires Authentication" for the "Outgoing Mailserver". 5) Click "Settings" and ensure "Same as Incoming" is selected. Outlook: 1) Select 'Tools' -> 'E-mail Accounts' from the menu. 2) Select 'View or change existing e-mail accounts' and then press next. 3) Highlight your account and select change, or double click on the account. 4) Click on "More Settings". 5) Click on the "Outgoing Server" tab. 6) Check the box that says "My Outgoing Server (SMTP) Requires Authentication". 7) Ensure the "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" is selected. |

Actually, it looks like he's trying to relay a yahoo account through the Vortech mail servers, which is a no-no to begin with. You're better off using your ISP's outgoing SMTP mail server.

Funny, it looks like an isp message to be, saying you can't use your mail.parsiannet.net for smtp.
Look at the smtp settings for your regular isp email account in outlook. Use that setting as the smtp setting for your email account in outlook I am in Vegas and have Cox cable and have to use these type of settings to be able to send email for my service account because Cox stops me from using mail1.myservicedomain.com for smtp Server Information Incoming mail server(POP3) mail1.myservicedomain.com Outgoing mail server (SMTP) smtp.west.cox.net Make sure to also click Advanced settings and place your email in the reply address ClickOK Click Next Clikc Finish |

ding ding - Brangwyn has the right answer
![]() The error message is saying you aren't authenticated... If "hamidsorosh_tebarayaneh@yahoo.com" were a local address, you wouldn't need authentication, but since its a yahoo, its not hosted on our servers Thats the TO address...If the ISP was blocking SMTP, you wouldn't even get that message, you would get a connection failed. |
