DB's on the same box, haven't looked into whether it's possible to move it or not, with SBS every things so locked down tightly that it might not be possible, would have to do a standalone install on a regular 2003 box to see most likely.
If I get adventurous I'll try compatibility mode when I remember. |

This post is rather old and we do not run Windows 2003 on any web servers at the moment. If you search for NT26 or NT27 you will find out why.

I think the expectation is though you'll eventually go back to trying 2003 .... First Service Pack is due out soon which might be a good time to give it another go, afaik 2003 uptimes been pretty good on the MSSQL boxes hasn't it?

Its been Okay, the windows cluster uptime hovers in the 7 day range where as the unix cluster is in the 30 - 40 day range. MSSQL machines would be a bad gauge as they don't get ANY IIS traffic.

Fair enough, MSSQL's pretty beefy but yes its comparing apples and oranges to IIS I guess.
