As for refunds, still in the works as we need to get the form up. You may submit these by email right now but ust have all info in them..

Since people are already having livestock about credits, I guess I will go ahead and let you all know there is an updated SLA for resellers. You can review the entire SLA at http://matrixwebhosting.net/sla/
Maybe this will cut down on the 4 gazillion posts & tickets from panic stricken people over a $1.00 credit.

Yes, the update is they are working on it. The motherboard has been replaced and the issue is still occuring. When there is a definitive answer, I am sure they will make an updated post.
Man, I will be glad when my vacation starts on Wednesday. Boot and Brangwyn, don't miss me too much.

Isn't emergency tech support fun!
At least the East-West is clear this time of day. I see that dollar churning into $2.34 right now! I am gonna spend that wisely when i get it. Do I have to claim that on my taxes? (Seriously though, I agree that business is business, and the surrent SLA in place explicitly states the refund for not meeting uptime. - Good job Matrix)

Right now the SLA says refund it should say Credit to your account.. Worded that wrong

I do not handle email lists for resellers. Sorry.
Heck it is WAY past my shift. I should actually be asleep now so I can actually be working at 10am but somehow this always happens when somethings goes wrong at night, since Admin stays up until it is fixed.

Server is now fixed and on its way back to the DC. We found the issue, after replacing the MB.. It ended up being an issue with the raid on this system. Right now its running with one drive of the raid we will be adding the 2nd drive back in 1 to 2 days once it comes in on order....
NO data at all has been lost..
