Question permissions problem please help

After I setup a new hosting account and give the user permission to login in to his/her control panel they have the ability to change settings such as disk usage etc.

What have i done wrong? I am a novice and would appreciate any help you could give me.

Thats the way its supposed to work normally, when you create the plan you setup charges for any extra diskspace or traffic that they might want so that when they change it in the control panel it will automatically bill them for it.

If you want to restrict them then you'll need to set "maximums" in the resource settings of the plan for each resource you wish to put a limit on.
