Looking for the right host

I would buy the Cypher Plan, but reading forum post i can read problem of downtine on NT machine. I would get a feedback from the actual customers if there are yet downtime problem or other...

I want know also how work the support if it is fast etc

There have been recent problems, but if you do a search of this forum you'll find the answers to both of your questions....

1. Problems - yes, but who doesn't?
2. Support - Just read the number of replies here and you'll see they are very informative and fast

1) Vortech is the best host for Hsphere
2) Get unix hosting instead of win
3) Do you really want Hsphere knowing that is't no that stable just yet?

Hsphere does not support reselling in multiple languages (Emails are sent only in english). You cannot have your own knowledgebase in the ticket system and you cannot disable the ticket system. There are security problems with the cp (SSL)

But if you want Hsphere for your own domains, then it's great!

I would love to hear about these "security problems with the cp (SSL)" can you please email or PM me what your talking about. As far as I know the SSL for resellers CP is working great.

Also just to add to the email thing.. I think its 2.4 that you will be able to do all custom emails. But still no ETA on that yet.

About the SSL thing, it's not something that you are not aware of, maybe I did not express myself well enough.

Take 2:
Hsphere has a lot of apps in the cp that you cannot remove (BAD design imo). Some of them will launch in another window (DB admin, etc).
These connections are established with HTTP instead of HTTPS, thus sending some very important passwords in clear text.

No, it just has Hsphere pasted all over it, they would have no resellers if they advertised themselves in the ticket system.

We have been thinking about making the KB generic to where it does not have our name in it but would take a lot of work to do.. Just an idea for that problem till Psoft adds it so resellers can have there own.
