So if I understand correctly, I can now have an unlimited number of CP users but am restricted to being able to bill 10 people?

From what I gather, you can now have unlimted CP users (billable accounts) - BUT- you are provided with X number of no charge users, based on the plan you are under.

Anything over "X" you must pay for @ $4 each ... which you will be able to bill.

billable accounts are the same thing as users or accounts.

Its the same thing we just added a few more free of them for ever one but they are not unlimited we have to pay for them.

Printing 15 billable accounts when we can actually sell 13 brings the same arguments as a couple of months ago.

A while back, you increased the limit to 12 when it was printed 10. It was fair.

Now you're going back?!?

You should print 13 billable accounts or increase our limits to 17. Whichever you prefer, but let's be fair....

Well i put it 12 in the back end to make every one happy. Well now i have put it at 15 with no higher on the back end. So you get 3 free.. Best i can do with out raising pricing right now sorry.

But, you should print that we have 13 billable accounts then.
from the plan's page : "An account is a billable customer".
We don't have 15 of those....only 13.
