where can i read the uptime guarantee

Hi everyone, I, just had a client of mine call and ask me if the uptime guarante applies to his email. I let the answering machine take the call, he called me since since he cant email me, (as he so politely reminded me), but want to get back to him as soon as possible on this...

Hi, I searched the forums and all I could find was a bunch of topics talking about the new policies being worked on.

- I found a bunch talking about only if 8 hours down etc...

- I found a bunch saying that there is no guarantee as listed on the matrix site.

Question 1:
Is there a place I can go to see, in print, the actual "99.9% or your money back" guarantee listed on the matrix reseller site?

Question 2:
What do you other resellers offer your clients regarding email?

Also, I am not looking for a refund, its sunday and your in the shop fixing it, that don't happen anywhere else I will cover any downtime with a small credit myself if the client really crabs... but I would like to read the guarantee if it exists.

email does qualify - it's right at the top - there is also a link there to the credit request form if you do decide to use it.

the title of the post should help others find it later too..

called the client and I am resizing a logo for him to cover the downtime. no cost to me but my time that way.

Sucks when email is down, I know your pain, nice thing about email is that even if its down for a few hours you don't lose anything if mail servers are setup right at least, unlike web sites. When a site is down its down.. Down email just puts you a little behind..
