unix.hsphere.cc is down and may be unstable for a bit while we sort out some networking issues with it. This is also related to the phpMyAdmin problems that some users have reported.

unix.hsphere.cc is back up and running, there were some strange ARP errors on the NIC. We are now using another NIC in the machine.
As far as phpMyAdmin goes, that should also be fixed now. Some of the users who had problems before are able to manipulate their databases fine.

As far as we can tell it was a combination of new versions of psoft start-up scripts acting oddly, partial network card failure, and us asking it for a bit more than it was willing to deliver under the circumstances, all of which combined made it a devil to diagnose. Scripts were hacked and NICs were changed. We're up as of about 20 minutes ago.
