Shared SSL Module

has anyone gotten the shared ssl module to work for them? I've tried to follow the online manual but to no avail. Everytime i try to add a shared ssl cert, there is no shared ip tag from the drop down menu? What gives? Is there a way to add another IP or something so that it may possibly work?

Damn h-sphere has all these damn features but only half of them work. What a piece of work (not gonna use any other derogatory words). Anyways, can someone shed some light on this subject? I already sent out a trouble ticket but they told me to read the online manual, which i already did. So now they are transferring it to their "dedicated support department"
