Unhappy IP Help

I just gave a client a free hosting account and specified shared hosting. When I entered his account, it allowed me to obtain an IP Address...to make things worse, it gave it for free. Can someone please tell me how i can disable this? I made the credit = 0 but what else do i have to do?

Another question...right now my client is using the no billing feature. can i change him to the paid feature without having to redo his account? What will happen if i do that?

Making his credit might not do it. If this is the only person on this plan go under Resources you can set IPs for the plan to 0

If i went into his account and changed it to a paid account with 0 dollars a month... would it affect his setttings or anything? Would he have to input his cc number?

I can't change the plan from a no billing to a paid plan. It says, that the customer cannot change plans because it is only for paid customers.

For now I'm just changing the resources for his account. However, I can't set the total traffic limit for some reason. I'm only allowing 2g total traffic and i don't know what to do in order to accomplish this. I already change the http traffic to 2 and the summary traffic to 2 but still no luck. Does this mean i accidentally changed it to 4?

Why did you not just set IPs to zero you don't have to change it from paid to non-paid really to make it so he can't add an IP.
