But I understand why its this way.. We are still billing you 100% the same you just gave your customer IPs for 10 years that is why you are charged for 10 years..

We can't give you credit for this 10 years either because if you go in the system and now change it to per month you just got 2 credits. One from us for 10 years and one from the system for 9 years and 11 months.

So you have to pick one of the 2.

Also, i see you've been talking with a tech on the exact same issue in an ongoing support ticket, so closing this thread.

One or the other PLEASE. Not both.

Yes Vixen, I know they are totally different, but I still thought it was outrageous when I read it and Bank&Technology News a couple months back.

I have a hard time committing to a car loan for 5 years, much less something like that. LoL

Yep, but consider this.

1500MB, 10 users, each with his dedicated IP.

I bill them anually. I should be billed monthly.

What happens is the following :
I get billed monthly for the disk space and some IPs and anually for the other IPs that are not included in my plan. I'm sorry, but this is illogical.

Another example : One customer pays 100MB anually. It's part of my plan with you, so I pay you monthly, but the day he uses 1MB more, I owe it to you anually.

You're not a bank I don't want to deposit money on your account to cover the future expenses of my customers.

I think what you are not getting is, you are willing to commit to the 10 years with the customer but instead of doing so with us, you want to do it on a month to month basis. It can't be both ways. If you want to pay for it monthly with us, then you need to bill your customer monthly. It's all based on allocation. You allocate it for 10 years you pay for it for 10 years.
