The CP should all be done and mail.domain.com is now working no problem as well. Every thing should be fine now.

I am still having problems with DNS for my service domain, lateralsystems.com

MX records keep appearing and disappearing. Currently they are OK for primary DNS but blank for secondary DNS. A few mins ago they were both blank.

This is very embarrasing, emails to my support email are bouncing!

Is this related to the upgrade??

Just an update, the primary DNS is only showing the temporary custom MX I added (then deleted) as a test... not the build in MX record.

Everything looks fine on the DNS config screen in H-Sphere. If there is anyway to force H-SPhere to update the DNS servers, please do so! It appears to be wildly out sync.

The cp is still not functionning properly.
I got this when trying to add a new account :
Internal Error, Tech Support Was Notified

and I'm not counting the numerous errors I had about Miva whenever I was trying to setup things in the cp that had nothing to do with Miva. BTW Miva empressa was activated in all my plans without my prior consent.

Miva and Miva empressa should both be off as we don't support ether of them..


As far as setting up accounts.. I have tested other reseller account today and signup seems to work fine.. Let me know your user name and i will login to take a look..

Lightbulb Possible related issue

Not sure if this is relates to somereseller's problem but I go the exact same error this morning when trying to do almost anything with Fronpage extensions. Perhaps the accounts you were setting up also had FP extensions. If not - my problem still remains but I have a ticket logged so no need to reply here.
