whats up with these hsphere email templates?

Hi got a little annoyed by these two things:



1. Default Account Suspension Email includes this:

nAccount ID: #123456

Whats with the "n", its not in any other template.

2. Account resume email says this at the bottom:

You can log into your account from the "Control panel" right away at
http:///login.html or
http://cp.mydomain.com:8080/psoft/se...ft.hsphere.CP/

whats with that login.html??


can we get those sorted?

Also can you pass onto Psoft that they should modify their PayPal servlet to capture ipn posts for cleared echecks, its annoying to manually have to do it when they clear.

I will put a thread in their forum too. :-)

Oh oh and lastly,

When an acount on a $15/m gets suspended, the invoice shows correclty -$15.

BUT

When the user tries to log into a suspend account it gives them anoverview of what they owe, but this calculation is complety wrong.

It said

Amount from previous period ($15)
Reccurent monthly fee(For example today untill next month) $15

Total $30


So i have people emailing saying why their suspended account suddenly have double the dept! :-(

whats up with that?
