H-Sphere Suspended Page

Ok, due to some suggestion we are looking to change the default "suspended" page. Now my question to all of the resellers is what BASIC text would you prefer there? We were thing of something along the lines of "Account Disabled" or something a little more polite. I am open to suggestions but the ultimate decision will be Brad's, just so everyone knows. This is not so you can customize it or make it fancy we are just changing the wording of the current page.

We actually did that with Cpanel accounts previously and customers complained about that also. I think the only happy medium is "SiteDisabled"

Na only kidding..... I like Tracewebhost's suggestion - polite but to the point.... got to remember that not everyones accounts is suspended through 'not' wanting to pay - some are genuine errors....

The current Hsphere page does not mention billing due to the fact that customers can become suspended for a variety of reasons. His idea will work, I was simply pointing out that we had used that on Cpanel accounts previously (worded exactly as he did above) and people complained it was rude and needed to be removed. Go figure.

I think it comes down to the fact that people think they should never be suspended no matter what the reason and in my opinion, no matter what the wording is on the page people will still complain.

That's my 2 cents.

I'd vote for logic404 message

Ideally, what you actually want is just to remove all the HSphere BS and have the page display the reason for suspending that we enter into the CP when we suspend the account, that way we can all have whatever we want.

So just modify the HSphere Template, remove the crud but leave whatever in the template places our custom message on there.

its just ashame we cant create our own messages and have them up there, that way you can have your site disabled or the more flowery version.

As Dave said, it will not be customizable. We are just looking to change it to a different message.

If that is so. I guess A simple "Temporarily Disabled or Unavailable". Anything to get someones attention w/o being offended.
