i don't get replies from suppoer team

re-seller id: enter-sys

I sent few mails to support@vortechosting.com and received no replies to non of the e-mails. i used to get repiles almost instantly. is this a techincal problem or something?

plz write to me at info@enter-sys.net

You have the wrong email there..

support@vortechhosting.com not vortechosting.com.

I also don't see any tickets from info@enter-sys.net in our system

Hmm, I just tested hh and h domain of vortech and both got to our system with no issue.

Both should work, I just recomend using the hh domain or matrixreseller

I just did a search in the ticket system for info@enter-sys.net and there are not tickets received from that email address.

very wired

hm.. whats wrong with my e-mail. i jsut repled to a old email i received from your support team. none of the e-mail i sent bounced back. i BBC the same mail to hotmail and Gmail, both arrived there. any ideas?

I think we found the issue, for somereason our support system thinks you are banned from sending emails to us but you're not. Can you use vortechsupport.com to open a ticket right now and we have ticket open with the maker of the ticket system to see if we can't get that fixed.

enter-sys do you have another issue thats needs to be fixed or is your only issue that you can't email us at support right now? If thats the only issue just use the web interface till we can fully get that fixed. If you submit a ticket online we will get it just as fast as email so that should work for the time being if you need help with something else.
