Hsphere 2.4 Problems
Sam Assassin Link Broken from Hsphere:
1. Added a new domain to an existing account. 2. Went to edit mail accounts for the new domain 3. Set the password for postmaster@newdomain.com. 4. Hit the Spam Assassin Link to turn it on. 5. Got the login dialogue, but it refused to accept postmaster@newdomain.com/NewPassword. 6. Hit Cancel on the login dialogue and was sent to the page with /Change Password/Login To Mail/Login To SA/ boxes. 7. Hit the Spam Assassin Box, got presented with the login dialogue and successfully logged it with postmaster@newdomain/NewPassword

That seems odd, I am sure matt can fix that since SA was added by us and no H-Sphere..
I point this post out to him tomorrow if he does not see it before then..But you did get logged in right?

Don't forget you can also login by going to mail.newdomain (or mailx.hsphere.cc if the domain hasn't propagated yet) and clicking on Spam Assasin

Not a big issue, as I was able to work around it. More of a minor inconvienience.
EDIT: - Didn't specifically check that the domain had propagated until now (6 hours later). It has propagated at this point, but don't know it that was the case when I initially tried it.

Just an update...
Added another email acount to the domain and was able to go directly to spam assassin. Still can't go directly there for the postmaster account.

Postmaster is fixed for both webmail and spamassassin. Also fixed the "webmail" button from the Quick Access.

Another thing you may want to check out is the TT copy email address. Mine seems to have gotten removed during the upgrade to 2.4. Haven't touched it since I set it up although it could be pilot error and not a conversion error. Logged into admin account, and went to Setting | Email Setting. Everything was ok, except the entry for Ticket Copy Email was blank.

Email Admin an Issue
Received an email from a client saying that the new email admin format is okay, but...
He has over 120 email addresses and there is no way to know of an easy way to administer a particular account. So, if an email address is #67 in the alphabetical order, he has to keep hitting the "Next" button in order to get to the email account. We desperately need a search field for email admin, especially for accounts that have a large number of email addresses. Once an address is entered in the search field, HSphere brings up that email account for administration. What do you think? Is there an easier way? |

I posted this over on Psoft's forum so they are aware that it would be nice to have a search there.
![]() I think we also need on on the plans page now as it also has pages and could be a pain if you have a LOT of plans to find the right one.. ![]() I don't think this is something easy we could hack in.. ![]()

Why doesnt he just search within the browser? eg Edit > Find and just search for the email address

Because the new version splits up the email addresses to 10 or so email accounts on each page.

AWStats
I am able to open AWStats but, I get: "Last Update: Never updated (See 'Build/Update' on awstats_setup.html page)" at the top.
How do I access this page? |

I suspect the manual update has been disabled which means you won't be able to update stats yourself dyntech. wait 12-24 hours and I would expect they should have updated automatically.
