I'm trying to install a system in one account, but using PgMyAdmin it's not possible, because I need to execute some superuser instructions. Could you guys from Vortech, please, execute these PostgreSQL instructions as superuser if I send them to you? It's really important for me and my customer.

Two days later.. nothing. Should I open a ticket to reveice tech support from Vortech?

Yes it is preferred you raise a ticket for most things you need done

How do you mean hsphere.cc is unavailable ? you can email support if your not able to access your control panel.
