Mail7 is being syn flooded. This is probably what was happening to the other problematic mailservers, but to a lesser degree. It actually makes alot of sense based on what we were experiencing with mail9 and mail11. Aaron is working on it at this moment.

This issue has our complete attention.

Any estimation of time to completion? Don't want to interrupt but clients are just wondering when they will be able to access e-mail again in full capacity and I have no idea how long this can take. Keep up the good work and thanks for the quick attention to this issue.

Mail8 seemed to have some problems but I have none currently with it and same with the CP if that helps you tmanners. Mail 7 seemed to be up for about 5min then same issues. Any chance of estimation for completion?

Hi, Mail8 and cp servers are unavailable? the problems start around 11:00 with mail 8 and now in the past 30 minutes cp is down or unreachable too

I reset the CP. The problem is that everyone is logging in to try and reset mail passwords or launch webmail. Both are futile. We are still working on the problem.

Please be kind and let us know how much longer (approximately) is the mail server going to be down? Some of our clients who happen to be in that server need to know.
