6/2 Network Issue
We seem to have had some issues with epik / Progress telecom We brought up the new gige line today around 3pm and all worked well until about 10:30pm and it seemed to start having issues, we have shut epik / Progress telecom off for the time being and push all bandwidth back though Internap, Cogent, and 2nd epik line.
All is good now, this was not total network outage just some users that were coming in over epik / Progress telecom. Issue is fully fixed now and will be investigated later tonight and updated on the status.

Just so you know, today is 6/2.
 I noticed a major networkd slowdown around that time. I assume it was related.

yup, 6/2/2005 = June 2, 2005 that's mm/dd/yyyy format

Always keep an extra credit card processing account ready to take orders as a backup, just in case (speaking from experience). I use: 2checkout.com It's easy to open an account and the charges are reasonable, no need of any monthly activity and no monthly charges. Their new system is great and support is also good.

sorry I was a day behind.
 We no longer have Level3 direct, but epik rides level(3)'s backbone for every where but the east cost. So it's like a 2 for 1.
