IRC servers

we are working on a web site and customer needs a chat room. we are going to develop a flash applet to talk to a IRC server to do the job easy and fast. do you have any servers running IRC (private server) at matrix?

IRC is not allowed on our network, per our TOS as it tends to cause attacks and other issues.

You'll be lucky to find any host or even dedicated server provider worth their salt that will allow IRC related traffic on their network.
