Verisign in the past number of years have been using some very unethical tactics to attract and retain customers, there are probably a lot of "we hate verisgn" groups/sites around the net.

I signed the petition anyway, no harm done if verisign was forced to clean their act up.

yes me too and wanna share everybody to make verisign clean their act too
and maybe we can keep low cost of domain registration lolz

Signed as well. I hate verisign to be honest.. Have never liked how they work. I have only had one domain with them and that was about 8 years or more ago..

Personally, I've been waiting for the class action lawsuit... I have lost domains and had others held for ransom by VeriSign/Network Solutions. Personally, I think they are part of the legitimacy problems found online. I have even started using a different certificate vendor.

I signed it but I wish I had looked up the domain first... the site appears to be operated by a VeriSign competator... interesting.
