Language Packs

I've a customer wanting to use a Japanese codepage in some of his applications, unfortunately this won't work unless the appropriate language packs are installed on the server

I can't think of any issues this may cause so was wondering what the chances are of at least having Japanese installed?

Also, I need the Arabic language pack to be installed on some servers :-)
