Cpanel4
I have been unable to log into my cpanels for several hours. Cpanel4.nocspeed.com. The error message is as follows:
Sorry for the inconvience! The root partition on this server is running out of disk space. Cpanel operation has been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition. I apologize if this is not the right place to post this message. However, I did open a support ticket. Just not sure if anyone else on Cpanel4 is having this problem? Sam |

Hi Brad, I opened a support ticket around 8:30am, but haven't yet received a response. If it is inappropriate for me to post this type of message here, please feel free to remove the post. I hadn't seen any posts about the issue, and was wondering if it were just me....

We're working on getting this sorted out. I responded to all of the cPanel tickets submitted, but I don't recall seeing one from you, Sam. Did you receive the autoreply confirmation? If you have a ticket # I'll search & see if it slipped by me.

Thanks Carly. I did not receive an autoreply. Come to think of it, I did not receive an autoreply on another ticket I (**Thought**) I opened last week about a "bind" error on the same server.
I am receiving maintenance updates that were sent today. Regards, Sam |

Working
I am now able to log in to my cpanels. Thank you for taking care of this. I am going to resubmit a ticket for the "bind" error that I am seeing in my service status, just to see if the autoresponse comes through. It is not causing any problems, but I just want to make sure I am able to submit tickets

O.k. I see what I am doing wrong. After submitting the ticket it was bringing up another screen (FAQ's) ... if answer is not listed I need to click the text at the bottom of that window.
Sorry, that seems to be a ticketing system for mac users ("do you really want to submit a ticket ... Just kidding. I really should replace these glasses. S. |

Well you can either submit a ticket from your Reseller Control Panel (click Home rather than clicking the login to your admin panel) and then click on "Ticket Center" under "Support".
You can also visit http://vortechsupport.com and submit a ticket there, or you can email it to support@vortechhosting.com or support@matrixreseller.com. Oh & WHM & cpanel are working for CPanel3 & Cpanel4 now. |
