@mail is getting ready to do an update within the next 15-20 minutes. We hope this will fix the issues were having.

I tried to launch from customer panel and it threw up an error page Table 'atmail.UserSettings_s deos not exist....something to this effect[IMG]

Is this related to the current issue and will be fixed soon, or do I raise a ticket for it?

Brad,
You should really make upgrades and the like, with more CARE.

I am receiving complaints and reports like:
- Where are my folders? !!
- I cant delete my emails as usual !!!
- All my filters configuration GONE!!!
...
...

those are real, I have checked into my personal email and it is true!
all those problems exist.

Hey Brad, I am very calm right now, even IF I HAVE LOST HUNDREDS OF EMAILS-CONTACTS MADE FROM MY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.

Where Are They?
I want them back?
I have built that list since 2002!

If you were using HORDE Before, then you need to make sure you have seleted to use "IMAP" from the webmail login screen. This has been mentioned many times on the boards...

We announced the switchover and gave you plenty of notice to backup your contacts.

HORDE was removed, then brought it back for another day for the purpose of that, and it has been known for months that @mail was taking over.

Also, HORDE has/had an export feature, and I can not stress this enoough, NEVER MAKE ANY WEBMAIL YOUR PRIMARY WEBMAIL, download the messages using pop to a LOCAL COMPUTER!

I was using @mail already,
I have created all the contacts in the new webmail,
BUT NOW THEY ARE GONE!!!

my address book is still there and working fine, everything is in it, I have only used @mail a few times, but everything is there for me, just like it was before, but hopefully BETTER

All my contacts and personal folders with its content are gone.

the address book i imported into @mail from horde has been deleted -- i assume as a result of today's @mail probs and reconfiguring the app. i did not/do not rely on @mail for contacts, etc., but my address book is most definitely gone and i assume others have had the same thing happen to theirs.

I do understand what you are saying, but I still never reply on webmail for keeping my contacts.

I am sorry that you don't have yours, I will try to find out if anyone else lost thiers, but mine were there.
