Real Time Billing Problems: (Resellers Only)
All H-SPhere Resellers using Real Time Billing will not be able to process credit card transactions today. We are working with Psoft to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Because of a Java 1.4.1 and FreeBSD incompatibility with SSL, we will be moving the CP back to a RedHat machine probably tommorrow morning (SATURDAY 6/13). This may cause a short period of downtime for the H-SPhere CP, but will not affect mail or webserver uptime. You will not need to submit trouble-tickets or call support for this issue as it affects all resellers.
