Concerned Newbie

I've only been with Matrix a short time but so far my experience has been that the servers(nt network) don't work very well most of the time. I have to be really lucky to be able to maintenace an account using h-sphere. I really don't want to lose any clients and was wondering if I just caught it at a bad time or is this what I should expect from Matrix. Is there light at the end of the tunnel? How has it been in the past?

Hello. I'm fairly new as well. It's been just over a month for me. Right now, the control panels for nt9 accounts seem to be down. This happened yesterday too, and a reboot of nt9 fixed that. I've got a ticket in for that so hopefully it will be fixed soon.

This has been a particularly bad week for the Control Panel, mainly because of an upgrade to the Control Panel software earlier this week that didn't go so well. Luckily, the web sites tend to be much more reliable and even when there are CP problems, the web sites usually keep running just fine.

Most of the last month has been much better than the way things have been over the last week. Overall, I'm still a happy customer and plan to stick around.
