Cp full vaccum

Due to the upgrade earlier we must run full vaccum on the cp. This will take at least a half an hour to an hour. The cp will be down during this process

The vacuum from earlier did not fully finish.

We are running a full vacuum now, it should take 20-30 minutes, during this time, the control panel will not be accessible.

It is 6:30PM EST.

What was that bit about though ? Did we have an HS upgrade or was this referring to the mail changes, or something else again ?

Brangwyn, this is not something advantageous to you. There is no benefit, no upgrade or enhancement. It is just something they must do in order to keep things running efficiently. Its just typical administrative duties.

And thus, requires the CP to come down while this process happens. They are just telling you about it.

I wasn't referring to the running of the Vaccum part of the post actually DVHost, I know this is run regularly as part of any good PGSQL maintenance plan, but both the post here and the email sent out do mention an "upgrade" which is what I was curious about, I seem to recall there have been several HS Beta releases that we hadn't been upgraded too and was assuming perhaps that had happened.

I'll go check the Version number I guess.

We are not upgrading to Betas, some of the "upgrades" were for some internal testing, there was a slight problem with it tho, don't even know if Brad knows the results yet.

Yeah I know your not upgrading to betas, but beta's eventually become non-betas looks to me as if there was a release update made last night, CP version looks to be dated 20030527
