Hi everyone,
I am after feedback of the various live support applications out there in the marketplace such as phplive and liveperson etc. Were they any good? Did your clients appreciate the interuption to their surfing? Did it boost sales and sales conversions? Did it boost customer service (ie were they happy with that mode of communication)

Personally we just use ICQ/MSN/AIM/AOL etc (trillian) seemed pointless to me fluffing around with online applications when Instant messaging work and most people already have some form of it installed. We get probably 90% queries via IM and the remainder via email or the Trouble Ticket system

I used Live Help (whilst it was free), and have tried phpLive..... but from a clients point of view (well mine any way) no one really cared - all they wanted was fast email replies.
If anything, MSN/ICQ is just a good, and a lot cheaper ![]()
