Do you offer domain registration?

This is a very difficult choice for us:

We have large number of fraud domain registration lately, and as the domains are registered, we can't do anything about them, and we had great loss of money on that.

Now my question is; do you also offer real-time domain registration service? How do you fight with frauds? What do you do when someone had registered a domain by fraud cards? Do you also offer paypal domain registration?

I offer domain registration but in 3 years i have only had 3 fraudulent registrations using paypal. I then cancel the domains within 3 days and they get 50% refunded by the registrar.

I don't think there is anything you can do to stop it.

unfortunately we have got about 80 fraudulent registration last month. we are thinking on closing payment from some fraud CC's or paypal accounts that we received recently.
