I was in the closed betas so been using it for about 6-8 months on my main machine from Beta1 onwards roughly. RTM seems very very stable, had one issue which was related to nvdida's sound driver other than that rock solid.

Lots of new flashy stuff in it, few nice new features like being able to non-destructively repartition a hard drive, nice new task manager too which shows more detail about processes about all I can think of off the top of my head ... on the other hand office 2007 I'm having a hard time finding things still after using it for a couple of months.
