It's come to our attention that several users are experiencing issues when trying to utilize the PHPMyAdmin feature available in the Control Panel. A technician is currently looking into the root cause, and we will post more information and hopefully an ETA on the fix here within the next few minutes.

If you're experiencing the issue, your symptoms will most likely be the inability to login with your known-correct MySQL DB login username and password, even when the correctly chosen server is specified. So far, we are treating this as a common issue so you can hold off on submitting tickets for this if you or your end user's situation seems to match the description above.

Okay, I've already heard back from the technician regarding the issue. It appears to stem from IP addresses changing on some servers, and a password needing to be established for the new IPs. He's taken care of the issue on each MySQL server and all should corrected within the next five minutes, and will allow for you to use PHPMyAdmin with your correct username, password and server specified.
