urchin
I dodn't want to drag on the thread so i'll ask my question here. I've updated my servers and added ns2, i then modified my packages to allow for Urchin. I then went to enable Urchin on my service domain and get the message "internal error, tech support has been notified". I have 2 questions for this.
1) Does this create a support ticket i can view if i want to see the status. 2) What precisly is the process for enabling Urchin on a domain? I assume i di nothing wrong and it will be handled much like shell accounts, but i'd just like to have it from the horses mouth so i know what to expect.

HSphere is still having some issues issuing commands to the urchin server, we have a few days till 9/12 to get them fixed, hopefully it will be sooner. But 9/12 had been our target date.

I assume it'll be as simple as enabling the service after that?
