New Tech's
I would like to introduce our 2 newest techs
Tony, AKA Tranz. Mark, AKA markp. Tony is to help with tickets and windows support. Mark is a Unix and windows tech. We will be adding more new techs as well to help speed up ticket times.

Should we be using the HSphere ticket system or the Vortech ticket system? Any difference between the two as far as staffing / hours etc?

Nope not really.. Both about the same but jsut try to use one or the other as some user seem to be submiting duble ticket this just slows down things..
 With the one at vortech you get a reply letting you know the ticket is in so if you get that the ticket is in the system.
