Errors accessing sites

I am getting an error when I try to access any site hosted here:

The requested URL could not be retrieved

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.mikelinder.com/

The following error was encountered:

We can not connect to the server you have requested.

This means that:

The server might be busy at this time.
The server is not reachable.

Please try later to see if you can go through.

I have had this error in the past. It is usually just momentary. I still cannot access the CP, so I can't submit a ticket. I am attaching a screenshot of the error page.

looks like both NT15 and NT4 have been down for 30 minutes, which is why you would get this message - means your server is down and the gang is (hopefully) fixing it! (or sleeping)

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've gotten this error. Last time I received it, they couldn't do much because it was only momentary, and they had nothing to go off of.

Oh well.

is this the error message you normally see when a server is down anywhere on the internet, or somehow special for your site? I haven't seen this particular error message before, though it sounds sufficiently vague to mean that basically it's saying the server is indeed down, and that's all there is to it. This happens from time to time at Vortech.

I'm getting all sorts of weird issues which look DNS related actually, some of my server aliases seem to be resolving ok and others not Can't seem to work out just where the fault lies either. I'm hoping it HS related right now.

I have only ever seen this error with sites hosted by Vortech. I am sure that is not really the case, but I have never seen it otherwise.
