Unhappy All my sites are down

I followed the instructions exactly as printed and all of my sites and customer sites are now down. I don't know what to do to fix this and I can't get a hold of support. Someone please contact me to help.

ALL mine are down too...

Did you get an email or something telling you that they will be back up soon? cause I didn't. I can still get into the server space via CuteFTP, but all my folders and files are gone...

Are you all getting a "You are not authorized to view this page" error?

www.zexer.com
www.gmpserver.com
www.drag-on.com

All dead....

Hello,
We had a serious problem with NT4 and NT5. All user folders were deleted. While we were able to restore the majority of user content on the drive some users were unable to be restored. If this is the case then you only option at this point is to reupload your site. We made every effort to restore a reliable copy of your user content but some files, images and other file types may still remain corrupted. Again we made every effort to correct all these problems but some errors may still remain until you upload your site to the server again.

For current updates on this situation:

Site Studio customer

I got lucky the customer that I have who uses Site Studio was able to get back up and running. It turns out when I logged back in to his site studio account all his file were intact except his uploaded images, so I just re-published it. Thought I let Vortech staff know and to anyone out there who might have had same problem when H-Sphere aka y2k bug hit the servers.
