The network we are a member of that circulates known spam lists and helps update our spam filtering software had a failure in the middle of the night last night. This effectively slowed mail functions and support mail functions to a crawl. Many may have noticed the long delays on incoming mail. We have rectified the problem and mail should be back to normal now.
This was the likely cause if you experienced any of the following concerns:
Mail servers may have been slow to respond, or time out. Web-mail MAY have worked reasonably but messages will be delayed and behind schedule.
Sending mail may have been slow or unresponsive especially through pop3/smtp connections.
The control panel server may seem unresponsive, and some functions regarding mail may have timed out before completion.
Support tickets submitted may appear to have not submitted. However each time you hit send they were submitted. Hitting send repeatedly caused duplicate submission and is the likely cause if you received multiple copies of this response.

I'm not sure who or what this post is directed to/from, but my mail is still sucking this morning. SBGGlobal.net is rejecting mail7 outright, instantly, without delay. Mail8 won't connect to Yahoo. blah blah blah.
But hey, the CP has been improved a bit. Super.
