Our phones
I just spent the last 2 hours attempting to get the phones up only to realize the idiot at the cable company took 2 modems, and left us with one, he should have only taken one. So they took our phone modem, actually the idiot blew it out by putting a 12 volt connection into a 9 volt connection, so phones are still down. They should have been up much earlier today instead we have to wait till probably Monday.

So how are we supposed to get support at this stage? http://www.vortechsupport.com is also down.

This forum is working, but http://www.vortechsupport.com/ is not working for me either. I've got some sites down.. perhaps a dns issue. I haven't had a chance to fully investigate yet.

Thanks, BTW: this did start working fine shortly after I posted this message.
Interestingly, the ticket system seemed to work via the reseller home page top menu, but the problem was fixed by the time I was about to submit the ticket. |

I have been trying to call Vortech for several days now, and I still can't get through. Are the phones still down or is there an alternate number besides 800-701-4558 to call?

Phones will be back up on Monday, I've been extremely sick again and out of work

The phones seem to still be down. I get a busy signal at 1-800-701-4558.

I'm sorry, but if the IP phones are too difficult (which they appear to be since they are down more than they are up) maybe Vortech should invest in at least one land line!
