Thanks for responding back and assisting w/ my problem. I may be interested in purchasing your services in the future when dealing w/ my Vortech Reseller program, if you're interested. My IT "guy" and I don't have time to read all of the documentation provided by Vortech to resolve some of these issues and it would be worth my time/money to just hire someone to handle these issues directly instead of trying to get assistance from Vortech. Ok, so I followed your advice and configured the plans so I could switch my customer from one of my plans (Event Renter Break In) to another (Event Renter Web Hosting). I then logged into my customer's account (Boomer Events) and attempted to switch plans. The new plan now appears (Event Renter Web Hosting) automatically and there is a "Switch" prompt. I click on "Switch" and receive an error message "Plan Is Not Accesible."

Any ideas?

This would normally occur if the plans aren't compatible with each other for some reason eg conflicting server types one being Windows one plan being Unix etc .. Easiest thing for you to do may just be to delete the new plan, and update the current plan they are on to have the resources you need in it and change the name of it.
