Support Tickets Everyone Please Read
Due to the Hsphere upgrade we have a higher than normal volume of tickets; thus you may experience longer than normal delays on some tickets. The techs must prioritize issues based on the number of clients impacted by any particular problem. Please be assured that we are working around the clock to accommodate everyone's requests, and will respond as soon as possible.
**Please do not submit multiple tickets regarding the same issue or tickets stating that you are awaiting on a reply to another ticket. This will only cause confusion and delays that affect everyone. Please be patient and your request will be answered in the order in which it was received. **
