Hey everyone,,

We have just finished up over 70 H-Sphere tutorials and posted them on our Support Page.
We feel these tutorials will help you our resellers offer better support for your customers as well as help our Matrix techs cut down on walking everyone through basic H-SPhere functions. This will improve ticket response time dramatically making our service better for everyone.

We encourage every Matrix customer to go through ALL of the tutorials. Also, from now on if a support ticket from a Matrix customer can be answered by one of the walkthroughs, you will be sent a direct link to a tutorial rather than our techs typing it all up every time.

Hi, my name is Ashvin and I live in Penang, Malaysia. Our company, we hv just signed up for the cypher plan the last 24hrs.

I am excited about all this and look forward to building a great web presence service business serving customers in Malaysia.

None of our memmbers have done this before, so expect some really 'freshie' like questions.

The tutorials I hv gone thru are I believe sufficient for experienced users. On the other hand I find that I am struggling to understand some of the concepts and conventions used in the tutorials, which seem to assume a certain level of proficiency and competence.

Is there any other areas that I can explore to understand better the workings of Hsphere in particular, and how to go about setting up one's products & services.
